Hot Tub Do's & Don'ts


Do enjoy yourself
Do relax
Do supervise children
Do seek medical advice if you have a health condition or are pregnant
Do put the Hot Tub cover back on when not in use
Do use the child safety cover strap locks when not in use
Do re-hydrate yourself by drinking water
Do have a shower before using the Hot Tub
Do use the foot bath before getting in
Do READ THE DON'Ts
Don't smoke in the Hot Tub
Don't use any description of glass in the Hot Tub- use plastic glasses
Don't leave children unsupervised in or near the Hot Tub
Don't open the electrical boxes
Don't dive or jump into the Hot Tub
Don't use for 10 hours after adding chlorine (usually added at end of evening)
Don't put boiling hot water in the Hot Tub
Don't use bubble baths, soaps, body oils, washing up liquid or silly string
Don't use the Hot Tub if you have a fake tan - it will dis-colour the Hot Tub walls
Don't enter the Hot Tub with shoes or clothes on, use swim wear
Don't allow pets in the Hot Tub
Don't sit or stand on the sides of the Hot Tub
Don't switch off the Hot Tub over night
